How to use the Florida Rules of Evidence in the courtroom

All cases that end up in court utilize evidence to make the case for or against the attorney’s position. The lawyer on the other side of the bench is going to do his best to try to use the evidence they have to defeat your position. Your job is to use your legal expertise to defend your clients against that evidence, or prevent it from coming in at all.

Jordan Ostroff recently talked to the students at Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law about the Florida Rules of Evidence. In his talk he discussed the Objections and Responses you can make to prevent evidence from coming in, or how to keep it from being effective if it is entered into the case.
