The firm’s latest addition to the team is Daniel “Danny” Benchimol, who will be practicing primarily Personal Injury, Criminal, and Academic Discipline Law for the firm.
Born and raised in Miami, FL, Daniel’s early life is shrouded in mystery. Some claim he walked fully formed from the ocean spray on a storm swirled tide, more claim he was found swaddled atop a coconut tree as if he’d grown there. Still, others believe he fell from the sky fully suited and ready to take the LSAT.
Mr. Benchimol attended Law School at Florida Coastal in Jacksonville, FL. From here he worked for the Public Defender’s Office in Jacksonville where he represented over 2000 clients. Clients whose charges ranged from low-grade misdemeanors up to third-degree felonies, including attempted murder, armed robbery, and drug trafficking. This experience will hold him in good stead with his new clients at our firm.
After five years with the Jacksonville PD, Daniel moved to Orlando to work for a multi-state firm litigating personal injury cases. During his time there he assisted his clients in recovering from accidents caused by the negligence of others, a practice he plans on continuing at Jordan Law.
When not practicing law, Danny enjoys running (which makes no sense to the rest of us), playing golf (which we all enjoy), and taking his four dogs (yes, 4!) out to play. He regularly hangs out at the theme parks and is an avid musician. Does anyone have a song request?
